This is a bit of an odd one this song. It's a reissue of a great song by Liverpool band, The Farm, about the unofficial ceasefire that took place on the front line at Christmas 1914 when English and German troops played football on No Man's Land.
The song was adopted and adapted as the official England football team anthem for their Euro 2004 campaign.
I somehow think somebody somewhere missed the whole point of the original song!
