Akhilbandhu Ghosh (অখিলবন্ধু ঘোষ) is a vivid example of true artist who never hankered after the glitz and glamour of the music world. Though a classical vocalist (Akashvani, Kolkata) by profession, he composed and voiced some unforgettable (অবিস্মরনীয়) Bangla Gaan for the posterity. Though he was a genius, neither during his lifetime nor after his death (in 1978), he has been properly evaluated. He deserved more!
We could respect him listening to his creations.
