Ha yes, I love aerobics too...but when I started that some time ago I started to create my
own exercises too. Now it is a full hour full exercise and drop dead program, including steps, lifting, quads,
push ups, stretches and kick boxing.
The final reward after that program is that every muscle is so elastic that I can do some
"Riverdance " too Grin
 
For this exercise program I used to listen to some goa trance mix from a Dutch guy I found here somewhere,
DJ Gerardus I think.
 
now... it is good to know that there are other fellow aerbics sisters out here, maybe we should start a community

what you feel, that is very interesting.
 
I hope that you could hear that the melody played by me is based upon the melody well known by Procol Harum, but is originally composed by Johann Sebastian Bach:   A Whiter Shade of Pale.
 
Everytime when I hear this song of Procol Harum I remember my childhood too, and I to smell it, and I do feel it too.
Unfortunately , some painful stuff did happen in my childs'life but I was always enchanted by the wonderful music I was hearing during that time, too.
 
On a real life instrument like an ( electronic)   organ I can play this song quite pretty.
But using the  synthesizer program on a laptop using the touchpad to play the keys on is very difficult and
stiffy so it sounds a little different  ;-)

I don't do KAroake becuase it constraints me. It limits me and I can't do things that I am capable of. I have to sing like the original, same stops, same starts etc. I take a song and cut it to pieces and add my own variations in them to provide a continues interest. My try only.

Thank you   you for your comment it was touching, I am sure you read on my profile, I recently found esnips and became addicted.  There are people from all around the world and, I posted some comments further praise.  I was in art select in high school I am a graduate, I was offered some scholarships and regret to admit.  I bailed out.  since then I moved to California went through some stuff - emotional, and personal. BUT We all do, right?
 
Well this gave me the idea I was like DUHIdea LOL - I'll post my art and my music and my digital creations, and I have to tell you.  It's been a tidal wave every since, and it has been great.  Like your comment you just left on my profile.  BTW I use speech to text software and its easy to leave comments, so long messages are easy I can't wait for your forum post and painting no one has done them yet LOL :P  (I can't take full credit I played that game on another site but it was my favorite, my demo entries are original too it's a fun game!!) I have a new breath of inspiration posting my stuff on esnips (priceless) and the replies I have gotten I chat with Ian and Karen they are moderators and have big hearts, I also just started collaborating with a girl from Italy and a guy from New Zealand. So be my friend welcome aboard my world LOL:P I like your style as I posted I deem you worthy LOL ha ha ha, humor is life!!

When a reader go through the poem at a glance -- it wil never unfold the use of words like " tears explode ", or " shadow     crossed my path". But from poetic angle , it will uncover different signal.

Thank you for reading my poem and for your message. It is a filthy habit. My mum chained smoked and suffered with chest problems all her life. I doubt that our parents were aware of the health problems that smoking causes. I wanted a picture that spoke a thousand words. I took various shots of ash trays etc. I smoked cigarette after cigarrette till I got the right picture. I felt sooo sick after and there was ash everywhere. Then I wrote that poem. Thank you for reading it.

Here in Europe it is getting warmer, sunny and pretty.
It is nice to watch the butterflies, bumblebees and

I am busy with painting . the house, wood work, fence,
and some hand painted portraits.
The last job is the hardest. I can't get the facial expression
right in paint, GhostI can draw perfectly.
But when I add paint, the face is gone.

Negative shapes are a very difficult concept to explain.  But I'll try. 
 
I NEVER use white paint.  In watercolor, anything white in your painting is actually the white of canvas that you worked around by using varying shading around the white object.  So if you look at the large image of my sister's house - a white house on snow covered ground, with a snow covered roof , painted on a white canvas - you begin to see the difficulty (challenge!)  In order for the white house to 'emerge', I had to use soft shadowing all around the edges that I wanted to portray as being white.  Look closely at the peak of the house, and you will see soft gray strokes to represent the white clapboards in the shade.  And to get the snow on the roof, my concentration was the irregular gray shape all along the edges and the eaves.
 
Another painting that has a lot of negative shapes is the new green plant that I uploaded "Frangepani"  The negative shapes in that is how all the leaves and branches emerge in different intensitites.

I'm very pleased to look at your paintings, also, and would be very happy to share some of the thinking processes I use while painting mine.  For example, on my sisters house, painting a white house on white snow, on a white canvas can be very tricky!  You have to use a lot of negative shapes with very pale colors to get the overall effect.
